Thank you but it was number 19 about as far removed from The Code of the Woosters as I could have got!

That’s a great list. I thought Cider with Rosie was a lovely book and I enjoyed Wives and Daughters, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall and Vanity Fair too. I haven’t read The Code of the Woosters but I’m sure it will be fun!

Any of those would have been great and yet it’s number 19 a bit of gloom for spring!

Good luck with spinning up The Code of the Woosters 🙂 You’ve chosen a great list, so no matter what comes up, you’ll have an interesting read.

But it’s number 19 – why did I put that on a Spring list?! About as far removed from The Woosters as is possible!

Matching your books to the seasons is a good idea… I’m looking forward to your review as I haven’t heard of Primo Levi. His name sounds quite serious.

Oh, The Code of the Woosters would be a fun choice! It’s such a good list, though, I doubt you’d go wrong. Good luck!

It would have been fun for Spring but it was number 19 so it’s a bit of gloom instead!

It would have been really fun but it was number 19 so I’ve got some Springtime gloom instead!

I’m too late to wish you luck for The Code of the Woosters, but you should definitely read it anyway! I don’t know anything about your winner, If This is a Man, but I hope you enjoy it and look forward to learning all about it when you review it. 😀

Thank you for being encouraging – If This is a Man is a memoir of survival in Auschwitz, about as far from Bertie Wooster’s life as can be!

It sounds like an interesting read. I wonder if it will be bleak or hopeful or some mix.

I think it’s going to be difficult reading, I’ve just bought my copy and I’m actually looking forward to it!

Number 19, If This is a Man – an account of survival in Auschwitz, completely different to The Code of the Woosters!
